LOCAL RULE 3003-1 Filing Proofs of Claim in Chapter 11 Cases Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, and except as provided in Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3003(c)(3), a proof of claim in a chapter 11 case shall be filed within ninety (90) days after the date first set for the meeting of creditors called pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 341(a), unless the claimant is a governmental unit, in which case a proof of claim shall be filed before 180 days after the date of the order for relief or such later time as the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure may provide.
