LOCAL RULE 3004-1 Filing Proofs of Claim by Chapter 13 Debtors or Trustee If a creditor fails to file a proof of claim in a chapter 13 case within the time required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3002(c) or 11 U.S.C. § 502, the debtor or the trustee may file a proof of claim on behalf of the creditor pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3004. The time for the filing of such a claim is extended to sixty (60) days after service on the debtor and the debtor's attorney, if any, of the Notice of Filed Claims as required by LBR 3007-1(d)(2).
