LOCAL RULE 8010-1 Transmittal of Records to Appellate Court When a party to an appeal designates parts of the record for use in a Preliminary Motion to the District Court, BAP, or Court of Appeals, the party must file the designation with the bankruptcy court, and the Clerk's obligation under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 8010(c) is satisfied when the Clerk complies with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 8010(b)(1).
