LOCAL RULE 8020-1 Procedures Following Remand by an Appellate Court Whenever a case, proceeding, or matter is remanded by an Appellate Court to the Bankruptcy Court for further proceedings, any party to the appeal may move to set the matter for further proceedings by filing a motion pursuant to LBR 9014-1. The Court will not set the matter for further proceedings as a matter of course.
