RULE 1075-1. INCORPORATION OF INTERIM BANKRUPTCY RULE 1007-I Interim Rule 1007-I is applicable in this District until such time that FRBP 1007 is amended in accordance with the National Guard and Reservist Debt Relief Act of 2008, Pub. L. 110-438, as amended by Pub. L. 112-64, or the law expires without being extended by subsequent legislation.
