RULE 2014-1. EMPLOYMENT OF PROFESSIONALS A party seeking an order to employ a professional under FRBP 2014 may request approval on notice and opportunity for hearing for the longer of (a) 21 days after the filing of the petition; or (b) 14 days after filing the application.
