RULE 3002-1. CLAIMS - BY CREDITOR HOLDING A CLAIM IN A CHAPTER 13 CASE An agreed order allowing a claim or affecting the secured status or payment of a secured claim will not be entered by the Court without a hearing unless the chapter 13 trustee is a signatory.
