RULE 3002.1-1. EFFECT OF NOTICE UNDER FRBP 3002.1 A notice filed under FRBP 3002.1 shall be deemed to supplement a proof of claim for informational purposes only and does not constitute or otherwise amend the proof of claim. The chapter 13 trustee will not make payment based upon such notice unless otherwise ordered by the Court or provided in a chapter 13 plan.
