RULE 3003-1. CLAIMS - CHAPTER 11 CASE Unless the Court orders otherwise, the time within which unscheduled claims or claims scheduled as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated may be filed in a chapter 11 case shall be the first date set for the hearing on approval of the disclosure statement.
