RULE 3009-1. DIVIDENDS – CHAPTER 7 ASSET CASES – DEADLINE FOR AMENDING CLAIMS When estate funds are available in a chapter 7 case for payment of a dividend to creditors holding allowed unsecured claims, the deadline to file an amended claim for a deficiency remaining after the liquidation of collateral, or to request an extension of time to file an amended claim, is the last date for objecting to the trustee's application for compensation.
