RULE 3017-1. DISCLOSURE STATEMENT – APPROVAL
(a) In a chapter 11 case in which a disclosure statement is required, the proponent of a disclosure statement and plan must contact chambers to obtain an appropriate hearing date and time and must submit a proposed Order and Notice for Hearing on Disclosure Statement that substantially conforms to Official Form No. B312 which may be entered by the Court without notice or hearing.
(b) The order must fix a deadline for filing objections to the disclosure statement, which ordinarily will be 7 days prior to the hearing on the approval of the disclosure statement.
(c) The order must set forth the date fixed by KYEB LBR 3003-1 or, if applicable, other date set by the Court for filing proofs of unscheduled claims or claims scheduled as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated.
(d) The proponent of the disclosure statement and plan must serve copies of the order setting the hearing on the approval of the disclosure statement as provided in FRBP 2002 and serve copies of the disclosure statement and plan on the parties specified in FRBP 3017(a)(1) and (3).
