RULE 3018-2. ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION OF PLANS - IN A CHAPTER 9 MUNICIPALITY OR A CHAPTER 11 REORGANIZATION CASE The proponent of the plan must file a summary of the results of the voting on the plan, including votes that were not counted, on or before 5 days prior to the hearing on confirmation of the plan.
