RULE 3071-1. CHAPTER 11 – POST-CONFIRMATION PROGRESS REPORT Unless the Court orders otherwise, the proponent of a confirmed plan must file a progress report on the action taken and progress made toward completion of administration of the estate within 45 days after entry of the order confirming the plan and every 6 months thereafter until entry of the final decree closing the case.
