RULE 5009-1. SATISFACTION OF LIENS IN CHAPTER 12 OR 13 CASES A request for a declaration that a secured claim has been satisfied and the lien has been released under the terms of a confirmed plan shall include a proposed order that conforms to Local Form 5009-1.
