RULE 5070-1. CALENDARS & SCHEDULING
(a) Hearing dates, times, and locations are posted on the Court's Website. Setting a matter for a hearing on an incorrect date, time, and/or location may result in a denial of the matter.
(b) Notwithstanding subpart (a), all trials, evidentiary hearings, and summary judgment hearings will be set by the Court.
