RULE 6004-1. SALE FREE AND CLEAR OF LIENS AND OTHER INTERESTS A sale of property by a debtor or trustee pursuant to section 363 is not a sale free and clear of any interest unless the motion expressly requests relief under 11 U.S.C. §363(f), the order expressly grants such relief, and any fee required by the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule is paid.
