RULE 1007-1 Extension of Time for Filing Lists, Schedules, and Statements By ex parte motion, a debtor may request a single extension of the time for filing schedules and statements pursuant to FRBP 1007(c). The motion must be filed before the original filing deadline and must disclose the original filing deadline, the date of the section 341(a) meeting of creditors, and the reason for the requested extension. In no event shall the deadline to file schedules and statements be extended beyond seven (7) days before the scheduled section 341(a) meeting.
