RULE 1009-1 Amendments to Schedules, Statements, and Mailing Lists; Change of Address Amendments to schedules, the Statement of Financial Affairs, Official Form 122, or other documents must be noticed to the entire mailing matrix with a statement describing the changes proposed as well as the reason for amendment. Amendments to schedules which add or delete a creditor are governed by Local Rule 1007-2.
