RULE 1013-1 Disposition of Involuntary Petition A. After filing an involuntary petition, the filing party must notify the chambers of the assigned court of the filing as soon as possible.
B. If there is an objection to an involuntary petition, the objector must contact the chambers of the assigned court to request a hearing on the contested matter.
