RULE 3015-3 Payments under Plans of Reorganization in Chapters 12 and 13 A. All direct payments to the trustee from debtors must be in the form of a money order, cashier's check, or certified check.
B. Trustees are authorized to receive indirect payments from debtors through court ordered employer deductions or bank accounts.
