RULE 3020-1 Order of Confirmation in Chapter 11 In addition to the provisions of FRBP 3020 and the reporting requirements by the United States Trustee, the proposed order must include, unless otherwise ordered, a provision for filing of post-confirmation reports every six (6) months.
