RULE 7041-1 Dismissal of Objection to Discharge A motion for the voluntary dismissal of a complaint containing an objection to a debtor's discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727, or a stipulation between the parties for the dismissal of such a complaint, must be scheduled for hearing and served in the main bankruptcy case upon the United States Trustee, the trustee and, unless otherwise ordered by the court, all creditors and other parties in interest. The motion or stipulation and notice thereof must contain a recital concerning the consideration, if any, for the dismissal, the terms and conditions of any agreement concerning the dismissal, and notice of the right of all interested parties to object or to continue prosecution. See Local Rule 2002-1(E).
