Rule 2014-2 Prohibited Conduct in Connection with the Appointment of an Attorney, Accountant or Agent for an Official Committee Neither the debtor, nor an attorney or accountant for, or insider of, the debtor may attempt directly or indirectly to influence the selection of attorneys, accountants or other agents by any official committee. It is the affirmative duty of any member of the bar of the court to inform the United States trustee in writing of any conduct in violation of this rule.
