Rule 3003-1 Deadline to File a Proof of Claim, a Proof of Interest or a § 503(b)(9) Motion in a Chapter 11 Case In a chapter 11 case, unless the court orders otherwise, the deadline for filing a required proof of claim or equity interest or a motion for the allowance of a claim under § 503(b)(9) is 90 days after the first date set for the meeting of creditors.
