Rule 5081-1 Transactions Requiring the Payment of Money ECF Filers must pay fees to the clerk by using the internet payment service authorized by the court. Payment of fees to the clerk by others must be in one of the following forms: (a) cash (exact change only); (b) cashier's check; (c) money order; (d) from attorneys and non-debtor businesses only-business checks; or (e) credit card in accordance with the clerk's guidelines. Personal checks will not be accepted. Checks must be made payable to "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court."
