Rule 7026-2 Furnishing an Electronic Formatted Discovery Request Upon the request of a party responding to interrogatories, a request for documents or a request for admissions, the party serving the discovery request must, if feasible, furnish the discovery request in Word or WordPerfect format (not PDF format), as designated by the responding party, so that the responding party need not re-type these discovery requests to prepare a response.
