Rule 7055-1 Default Judgment The deadline to file an application for the entry of a default judgment and submit a proposed default judgment is 14 days after the clerk has entered the opposing party's default. The application for the default judgment need not be served on the party in default unless the court orders otherwise or unless service is required by F.R.Civ.P. 55(b).
