L.R. 3004 - Filing of Claims by Debtor. If the debtor files a proof of claim on behalf of a creditor under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3004, the debtor must serve a copy of the claim and Exhibit Summary on the Trustee, if any, and the Trustee's attorney. Copies of the exhibits supporting the claim will be provided on request as stated in L.R. 3001(C).
