L.R. 3010 – Small Dividends and Payments Under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3010, trustees in Chapter 7 cases in the Eastern District of Missouri are authorized to pay creditors dividends in an amount less than $5.00 and trustees in Chapter 13 cases in the Eastern District of Missouri are authorized to pay creditors dividends in an amount less than $15.00.
