L.R. 4003-1 - Scheduling Exemptions. Each claimed exemption on Schedule C must include: 1. a description of the property claimed as exempt; 2. citation to the law or authority providing a basis for the exemption; 3. the dollar value of the claimed exemption; and 4. the current market value of the property.
