L.R. 4004-4 - Delay of Discharge. Any request to delay discharge under Bankruptcy Code §§ 727(a)(12), 1228(f), 1328(h), or 1141(d)(5)(C) must be filed by motion using the "Motion to Delay Discharge" event.
