L.R. 7003 - Commencement of Adversary Proceedings. A. Cover Sheet. An "Adversary Proceeding Cover Sheet" (Local Form 18) must accompany all adversary complaints. This cover sheet is available on the Court's web site.
B. Filing Fee. Payment of the filing fee as stated in the Procedures Manual is required to initiate an adversary proceeding.
C. Caption. The caption of all pleadings filed in an adversary proceeding must follow the specifications in L.R. 9004(A).
