Rule 3020-2 CONFIRMATION ORDERS IN CHAPTER 9 AND 11 CASES A copy of the confirmed plan shall be attached as an exhibit to the order confirming a chapter 9 or 11 plan or the confirmed plan must be identified in the confirmation order by docket number.
