Rule 4001-3 ORDERS CONTINUING OR IMPOSING THE AUTOMATIC STAY A motion for an order pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 362(c)(3)(B) continuing the automatic stay or an order pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 362(c)(4)(B) imposing the automatic stay shall be on notice to all parties in interest, including, but not limited to, all creditors and the trustee.
