Rule 5001-2 CLERK'S OFFICE: HOURS; AFTER HOURS FILING Unless otherwise posted on the Court's website, the offices of the Clerk shall be open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., except on legal and court holidays, and shall be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. When the Clerk's office is closed, papers not filed electronically relating to cases pending in Brooklyn may be filed by depositing them in the night depository located in the courthouse lobby of the United States District Court, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York 11201. When the Clerk's office is closed, papers not filed electronically relating to cases pending in Central Islip may be filed by depositing them in the night depository located in the courthouse lobby of the Alfonse M. D'Amato U.S. Courthouse, 290 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, New York 11722. If the Alfonse M. D'Amato U.S. Courthouse is closed, papers may be filed by depositing them in the night depository located in the courthouse lobby of the United States District Court, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York 11201. If the papers are deposited in a night depository, they will be deemed filed as of the exact time and date stamped on the papers. Any required fees for such filings shall be delivered to the Clerk's office no later than noon on the next business day.

Persons may review records, request files for review, review dockets, request dockets for review, or make a public inquiry at the Clerk's office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Telephone inquiries to the Clerk's office may be made between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
