Local Rule 5011-1: WITHDRAWAL OF REFERENCE

Rule 5011-1 WITHDRAWAL OF REFERENCE A motion for withdrawal of the reference shall be filed with the Clerk. An original and three (3) copies of the District Court Civil Cover Letter Sheet shall be submitted to the Court. The Clerk will transmit the motion and supporting documents to the District Court. The movant shall obtain from the Clerk the District Court civil case number and name of the District Judge assigned to the motion and shall be responsible for notifying all other parties. Following the transmittal of the motion and supporting documents, all further papers with respect to the motion shall be filed in the District Court.
