Rule 5080-1 FEES – GENERAL Except as otherwise authorized by statute, rule, or order, the Clerk shall not render any service for which a fee is prescribed by statute or by the Judicial Conference of the United States unless the fee has been paid or waived, or an application for waiver of the filing fee under applicable law is pending.
