Rule 6007-1 ABANDONMENT OR DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY Notice of a proposed abandonment or disposition of property pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 6007(a) shall describe the property to be abandoned or disposed of and state the reason for the proposed abandonment or disposition, and, in the case of abandonment, identify the entity to whom the property is proposed to be abandoned.
