Rule 7026-1 ASSERTION OF CLAIM OF PRIVILEGE AND UNIFORM DEFINITIONS IN DISCOVERY REQUESTS District Rules 26.2 and 26.3 shall apply to discovery requests made in cases and proceedings commenced under the Bankruptcy Code.
