Rule 7030-1 COUNSEL FEES ON TAKING DEPOSITIONS MORE THAN 100 MILES FROM THE COURTHOUSE District Rule 30.1 shall apply when a deposition upon oral examination is to be taken at a place more than one hundred (100) miles from the courthouse.
Comment: This rule is an adaptation of District Rule 30.1.
