Rule 7052-1 PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Court, on notice to all parties, may require one or more parties to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law. Any party submitting proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law shall serve them on all other parties within the time fixed by the Court. The Court may also grant any party's request to submit counter-findings and conclusions, which shall be served on all other parties within the time fixed by the Court.
