Rule 8010-1 NOTICE TO THE COURT OF THE FILING OF A PRELIMINARY MOTION WITH AN APPELLATE COURT Upon the filing of a preliminary motion, as defined in Bankruptcy Rule 8010(c), in the district court or court of appeals, that arises out of an order issued by this Court, the moving party shall also file a copy of the preliminary motion and any order entered thereon on this Court's docket.
