Rule 9005.1-1 NOTICE OF CLAIM OF UNCONSTITUTIONALITY If a party raises a question concerning the constitutionality of an act of Congress or a state legislative body, that party shall notify the Court of the existence of the question, the title of the case and proceeding, the statute in question, and the grounds upon which it is claimed to be unconstitutional.
