Rule 9028-1 UNAVAILABILITY OF A JUDGE In the event of the unavailability of a Judge, any other Judge may act. To obtain the assistance of an available Judge, the parties shall communicate first with the chambers staff of the assigned Judge or, if chambers staff is unavailable, then with the Clerk.
