Rule 1071-1 BANKRUPTCY COURT DIVISIONS There shall be five divisions of the court: Fayetteville, Greenville, New Bern, Raleigh and Wilmington. The counties comprising each division are contained in the Administrative Guide to Practice and Procedure.
