Rule 2014-1 EMPLOYMENT OF PROFESSIONAL PERSONS The chapter 11 debtor may not employ any professional person, including but not limited to any attorney, accountant, appraiser, business consultant, broker, agent, or auctioneer, without first obtaining approval of the court.
