Rule 2015-2 DEBTOR IN POSSESSION DUTIES - WITH RESPECT TO GIVING NOTICE In addition to the duties set forth in Local Bankruptcy Rule 4002-1(b), the debtor in possession in a chapter 11 case shall be responsible for serving the following notices and documents on creditors, after having their form and content approved by the clerk of court, and for filing a certificate of service with the clerk of court within seven days of the date of service: (1) the notice of the hearing on disclosure statement, if required; (2) the plan, the approved or conditionally approved disclosure statement, if required, and the notice regarding balloting and date for hearing on confirmation; (3) the confirmation order; and (4) any notices the court or clerk of court may direct.
