Rule 3003-1 TIME FOR FILING PROOF OF CLAIM OR INTEREST IN A CHAPTER 11 CASE In a chapter 11 case, a proof of claim or interest shall be filed within 90 days after the date first set for the meeting of creditors pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 341(a), except as otherwise ordered by the court.
