Local Rule 3010-1: SMALL DIVIDENDS

Rule 3010-1 SMALL DIVIDENDS Rule 3010(b), Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, is amended to the extent that standing chapter 13 trustees are authorized to make payments to creditors in amounts smaller than $15 without waiting until that creditor's dividends accumulate to $15. The decision as to whether to make smaller payments shall be solely in the discretion of the trustee as to what is in the best interest of the individual estate.
