RULE 2002-2. NOTICE TO UNITED STATES OR FEDERAL AGENCY Notices required to be served on an instrumentality of the United States pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2002(j) shall clearly designate the department, agency or instrumentality of the United States entitled to notice or the agency through which the debtor became indebted and shall be served at the address listed on the list of addresses maintained by the Clerk in accordance with Local Rule 1007-I [Interim]-1(L).
